Fleeced 24" x 30" framed $525 This is the first painting in a series about Jamestown, R.I. There is an annual Sheep Shearing Day in May on Watson Farm. I did give the sheep an annoyed and helpless look, as I emphasized their bony nakedness after shearing. This was meant as humorous, rather than any opinion on the practice of shearing. It must feel great not to wear a wool coat in summer! |
